December 19, 2025 – Application for the 2026-2027 Award Cycle Opens

January 15-23, 2026 – Required Pre-Application Conferences
Cary will host individual Pre-Application Conferences to answer any questions about the applications and priorities. Applicants are required to have a Pre-Application Conference during this cycle prior to submitting an application for funding.

February 13, 2026 – Application Deadline
All materials must be received electronically by 11:59pm.

Late March, 2026 – Public Comment Period Opens
Intended award notifications are made pending Council approval

Late April, 2026 –  2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Public Hearing
Council will review award recommendations.
