Empowering through Finances

Cary has launched its first job training initiative with Passage Home Job Training. This initiative helps Cary residents earn certifications for positions in leading employment industries and includes job placement after graduation from the program.

Job Training

Our model pairs job seekers one-on-one with mentors to understand their situation and unique barriers to self-sufficiency. The program helps job seekers overcome challenges with childcare, transportation, housing, food assistance, and education. The program is free to all qualifying Cary residents.

This initiative offers a large variety of professional programs and certifications to further your career goals. Training classes are provided during the day, evening, and online.
