2024 CARY COMMUNITY BOND REFERENDUM
On November 5, 2024, as a Cary citizen, you will have the opportunity to vote for or against each of two separate ballot questions:
- The Parks and Recreation Bond, consisting of $560 million to pay the capital costs and financing charges of several parks and recreation projects.
- The Housing Bond, including $30 million to pay the capital costs and financing charges of housing projects and programs.
Cary’s Council voted unanimously to proceed with a proposed general obligation bond referendum for $590 million of capital projects.
